A Living Apart Together marriage would probably be peculiar for those whose relationships form around the conventional ages that would result in children.

But if married older, why not?

Is not like you are going to be getting much sex anyway and this kind of arrangement could keep you from getting on each others’ nerves.

I think they are reading more into the Bible than what is there in the text.

Just because the text says that the two become one flesh, that does not mean having to be hooked at the hip 24/7.

From the way these two make it sound, texting and phones are not ubiquitous in order to remain in communication.

Couching it in terms of accountability makes it sound like someone has a control issue.

Then this duo would probably turn around and berate those that would then come down on the side of the conclusion not to get married at all.
