Wonder if medical professionals flippantly snipped at her she made her decision, then deny her access to therapeutics, or leave her to linger until nothing more could be done for her? If she will need dialysis for this, will it only be on prescheduled days when lazy hospital staff feels like getting around to it? If she expires, will the family be threatened if they press for the actual reason she expired?
