Organic Grocer Anguishes Over Crustacean Rights

Lobsters and crabs are glorfied underwater cockroaches, for crying out loud.

While any merchant might have concern over the quality of their merchandise and not want it disturbed from an economic standpoint, does it really matter if these creatures are unsettled by children tapping on the glass?

Usually, it is not so much the care for animals as it is a dislike of children that motivates those running these fancy beatnik eateries where the customers have more money than commonsense.

Ironically, these same fruitcakes all in an ethical tizzy over the propriety of selling live shell fish are usually the same ones revelling in the glories of abortion in all its horrid forms.

Local Home Depot Employee Foments Linguistic Subversion

Though no doubt irritated by the practice, most Americans pretty much put up with the number of businesses and public utilities providing services in both English and Spanish, often with the interloping tongue regularly showcased as the primary mode of speech offered.

However, as speakers of English let the good manners and propriety, for which the land their own language originated from is renowned, to take precedence and keep their mouths shut, there will come a day when the advocates of the invading culture will seize predominance and refuse to grant the same degree of verbal acceptance those now being conquered have been duped into extending.

A caller to the June 9, 2006 broadcast of The Chris Core Show on 630 AM WMAL in Washington, DC contacted the program to relay an experience he had in a Metropolitan Area Home Depot.

According to the caller, when it was his turn at the self-checkout counter, he discovered the terminal had been locked in Spanish mode.

The caller proceeded to the employee overseeing the self-service operation and informed her of the register’s status.

Instead of adhering to the trusted axiom that the customer is always right by unlocking the register and apologizing for the inconvenience, the Home Depot associate proceeded to berate the customer as to how it was not only our responsibility to accommodate Spanish speakers but also our obligation to learn Spanish ourselves.

The caller humorously pointed out that a number of Asians also in line (clearly immigrants as indicated by their accents) spoke up and insisted that in America we speak English.

By definition, the act of surrender entails one party giving in to the demands of another. Unless more Americans take a stand like that contractor at the checkout and those immigrants backing him up that apparently knew more about what this country is about than those conspiring to sell us out, it won’t be long until the facade of bilingualism will be dropped in favor of the imposition of an alien monoglotism at the heart of this brand of multicultural manipulation.

U.S. News & World Report Dupes Readers Into Delaying Retirement

While such advice might be sound if you happen to be blessed and find your job satisfying, what about those in occupations for no other reason than the curse of work God placed upon the world who find little intellectual fulfillment from their jobs or are simply unable to do them any longer because of the wear and tear that inevitably take their toll on the human body?

Contrary to both the Feminists and those Christians with the fakey smiles plastered across their faces yammering incessantly about the joys of the will of God for your life, the world of work is usually not all that and a bag of chips.

Elites such as those running U.S. News and World Report might look forward to finishing out their days in their positions of comfort and influence, but the average American has little to look forward to in saying "Hi, Welcome to Wal-Mart" as the call for clean-up on aisle 6 booms over the loudspeaker.

Apparently There Are Some Things The American Bible Society Won’t Publish

According to the Associated Press and UPI, the American Bible Society has refused to print an order of Bibles with “Jesus Loves Porn Stars” emblazoned across the cover to be handed out to adult film stars by XXXchurch.com at locations across the country.

The American Bible Society contends that such a statement was inappropriate for a New Testament cover. As a ministry to those so trapped by this filth as to seek it out in public, one cannot blame the outreach for trying though, as frankly up until now there was little the American Bible Society would not allow on the covers of their Bibles.

All in the name of reaching out to the culture, the American Bible Society has published all kinds of gimmicky Bibles over the past few years. One edition of the Contemporary English Version depicts a teen on a skate board hanging-ten, or whatever its called, on the cover.

And this is one of the more sedate editions. Back in 2003, I wrote a column exposing the American Bible Society’s Celebrating Jubilee New Testament that depicted Black radicals such as Martin Luther King, Jr. (hardly a Biblical inerrantist despite whatever else commendable that might be said about the man), W.E.B. Dubois (a confirmed Communist), and the Olympic athletes that raised their clenched fists in protest in a disrespectful gesture against the Star Spangled Banner. Other questionable editions included the CEV Kwanzaa New Testament and The CEV Jubilee Bible made up to look like the black, green, and red Pan-African flag.

Thus, the American Bible Society doesn’t think it’s appropriate to print on a Bible “Jesus Loves Porn Stars” since to do so would appear misleading causing those catching a glimpse of the publication to think smut was being advocated but has had no problem in the past creating the impression that Afro-supremacism and even Communism are O.K. What’s next: a Spanish translation with pictures of Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, and Hugo Chavez on the cover?

Frankly, I don’t know what I feel about the version with the American Flag and the Statue of Liberty on the cover now available on the ABS website either. As the word of God, why isn’t the Bible good enough to sell in a plane old cover anymore?

Though they are a bunch of fanatics, you have to give them credit. You’d never hear about Muslims defiling their sacred text in these manners.

Preschool Stifles Mental Development

Kevin Swanson Disses Alex Jones

Homeschool guru Kevin Swanson has decided to cast aspersions on Alex Jones of Inforwars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

Swanson commenced his attack because Jones posted a story daring to suggest that FEMA operatives were training pastors to manipulate their congregations into accepting world government and the related institutions of the New World Order.

Instead of considering the allegations, Swanson burst into a tirade about Jones not having enough about God on his website and condemned him as a "Randian" individualist possessing an incorrect worldview.

Just because God is not explicitly mentioned on a website does not mean by definition that it is necessarily anti-God. Jones might simply have a purpose that transcends that of Swanson's more niche mission.

Swanson's lackey Dave Buehner mocked Jones by saying that information about God might be on the Prison Planet website but that conspiracy operatives might be suppressing it and that he was putting his tin foil hat back on.

Swanson then summed up the worldview of those concerned with conspiracy theories as not believing in the sovereignty of God. Frankly, as a minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, it is Swanson's peachy keen Post- or Amillenialism that incorrectly fails to correctly assess the currents of history sweeping over us.

God is always sovereign, but that does not mean He always steps in to prevent Hell on earth. If Swanson's precious homeschooling is outlawed, does that mean he would just blithely accept it as "God's will" and if he and his children are sent to a prison camp, is he not going to resist since he condemned the characters in last summer's cinematic masterpiece "The Island" for having done so?

Sure, some of the material on Jone's website might provide an alternative perspective on current events. But unlike Swanson, Jones is not the one hypothesizing that young women should be discouraged from attending college and that Little House On The Prairie somehow suborns lesbianism.

Makes you wonder who really is wearing the tinfoil hat after all.

Artists No More Important Than The Rest Of Us

In a market economy, those with socially valuable skills and abilities are monetarily rewarded in free exchange for their services or the goods that they produce. Those whose aptitudes do not fulfill some kind of broader demand or need are forced to either adapt or be willing to endure a life of self-imposed deprivation.

Foremost among such individuals who forego material enrichment for the sake of remaining true to their understanding of the craft to which they have pledged their lives are so-called “starving artists”. Such iconoclasts usually earn such designations because (unlike Norman Rockwell, Thomas Kincaid, or James Audobon) their work is so blatantly bizarre, bad, or depressing that no person with healthy aesthetic sensibilities is willing to support such individuals. And that is as it should be.

Yet, as with other issues such as education and with those who insist upon procreating outside of marriage, elected officials and social engineers are now planning to interfere with the wisdom of the invisible hand that keeps the artistic rabble in check by making sure their numbers do not proliferate beyond what a productive society can actually bear or reward them with more financial remuneration than they actually deserve. In an era when Americans are becoming increasingly concerned whether they will even have a retirement or be forced to end out their days as Wal-Mart scullions, Congress is authorizing $250,000 to finance affordable subsidized housing set aside specifically for piddlers categorized as artists.

According to the December 1, 2005 edition of the Gazette papers of Maryland, the Renaissance Square project is being funded in part by the 2006 Transportation, Treasury, and Housing and Urban Development, the Judiciary, District of Columbia Appropriations Conference Report. This chunk of change is being funneled in part for the Prince George’s County Arts and Entertainment District, a blueprint through which to impose socialistic-style centralized planning in the name of community renewal.

But is it really the place of government to grant special subsidies or set asides for a particular class of individuals so they will be unduly advantaged in acquiring accommodation? A blighted urban community with a high crime rate would benefit if a few more ministers of the Gospel moved into the neighborhood as well or if local officials convinced more White folks to move in.

“OUTRAGEOUS, you hatemonger!!!! How dare you make such a reactionary suggestion.” Then why is it alright to lavish such favoritism upon those evangelizing on behalf of elites and bureaucracies?

In a market economy, such distasteful displays of prejudice in both example are largely avoided by having the government, for the most part, stay out of the unfettered exchange of goods, services, ideas and property. However, those administering such centralized development programs such as the Prince George’s County Arts and Entertainment District across the country do not think of themselves as bound by the same conventions and modes of conduct by which common folk are forced to comport themselves.

Good people loving freedom believe that, once an individual or business procures a piece of property, the owners should be allowed to retain it for as long as they desire. However, to the believers of the eminent domain heresy and related measures of intrusive social intervention, one is only allowed to occupy a given parcel of the COMMUNITY so long as one is utilizing it in a manner in accord with the collective purpose imposed by the ruling bureaucracy.

Propaganda supporting the Prince George’s County Arts and Entertainment District paints a peachy picture of the future where prosperity and creativity will walk together hand in hand. Ashame liberty and those not going along with the mandated vision of the future will have no place in it.

Social engineers plan to bring about the artistic district by establishing a series of art galleries and studio spaces. Thing is, many of the properties coveted by the Arts District are already owned by other businesses, primarily used auto dealers.

But in this enlightened and progressive post-Kelo world our overlords have granted us the privilege of existing in, why should we let a little thing like respect for private property stand in the way of grand utopian visions? If someone already holds title to a piece of property we want, simply manipulate the contrived rules of the game to confiscate what we covet all in the name and glory of the COMMUNITY.

It was only a ruling by the Maryland Court of Special Appeals that prevented the dealerships from being forced from the area without compensation. But what if the crafts commies had been willing to pay; why should the dealerships be forced to close up shop? More importantly, what’s going to protect the homes of the regular people who don’t exactly fit the mold of this Brave New World because the jobs they hold down just aren’t as sexy as the lifestyle of the starving artist?

To those overseeing the establishment of these special districts and those benefiting from their largesse, the masses of humanity exist as lab rats to be experimented on or (in the case of an arts district) as clay to be molded in compliance with all kinds of warped ideas. And if that makes your life inconvenient, those espousing this outlook contend, that’s just too bad as it is the revolution that must take top priority.

In a 3/5/06 Washington Post magazine article about the Arts District, one of the new feudal barons brought in to assist in the establishment of this postmodern fiefdom intimated that he “understands the voice of building materials (wonder if they’ve told him what a kook he is) and he promulgated, “I don’t like machine-made things. They look like they came from nowhere.”

I don’t know how things are there for King Friday in the Land Of Make Believe, but that’s just not how things are, as Allan Jackson might say, here in the real world. Frankly, it’s those evil machines that allow Americans to enjoy a standard of living envied around the world.

But that is irrelevant, as the Borg might say. The important thing is for the rest of us to comply with the artistic whims of our betters no matter how burdensome they might be. The elites might live as overlords in floating cities (hand-crafted of course) high above the earth and everyone else (granted the privilege of existence after the pending depopulation) in mud huts or military-style barracks but that will be perfectly acceptable so long as the COMMUNITY aesthetic is adhered to.

Over a decade ago, some of the first letters and commentaries I ever published dealt with a law in Hyattsville, Maryland that forbade residents from removing trees from their own yards without local government permission. With favored artisans moving in along the Route 1 business corridor thinking that the bricks are alive with the sound of music, how long until residents of this Maryland suburb are compelled to seek committee oversight as to what materials may be incorporated into their domiciles?

Don’t dismiss such speculations as the ravings of a madman. As well as the Arts District occupying the city, talk has been afoot the past few years of saddling residents with an additional layer of bureaucracy by imposing the historic district city wide.

Under such regulatory regimes, homeowners are essentially forbidden from making alterations to their properties without prior authorization. Thus, about the only thing from the past not welcomed are apparently the very liberties Americans have fought and died for over the course of the nation’s history and the only creativity welcomed that which strokes the egos of the ageing beatniks holding power.

Virginity Pledges A Waste Of Time

According to a Harvard study, public pledges to remain a virgin until marriage are largely a waste of time as teenagers either lie about their sexual pasts when they sign the contracts or conveniently forget ever making the promise after succumbing to temptation.

While virginity is important in this day of terrifying pestilences and conniving women seeking to file paternity suits, why do these promises have to be made into public affairs becoming an entire congregation's or youth group's business?

And therein no doubt lies much of the problem as in our Oprahized culture it seems the only sin that remains is keeping some portion of one's life hidden from the scrutiny of the group.

Many teenagers no doubt simply sign the pledges out of fear of shaming if they do not and it wouldn't surprise me if some Christian schools did not threaten to expel students refusing to take the vow as some of these institutions possess detailed behavioral codes of what students may or may not do on their own time outside of school and many of the demands are not even clearly delineated in the pages of the Bible.

For example, the school I attended forbade students from having TV's in their rooms at home. The last time I checked, the parents were paying the rent or making the house payment, not the school.

Sexual purity is very important in the eyes of the Lord; however, that does not mean the pastor gets to watch while you are doing it. Likewise, the kinds of information detailed in these abstinence pledges belongs within the context of individual families and private relationships; not as fodder for church gossips.

Al Mohler Goes Too Far In Condemning Lesbian Batwoman

While Albert Mohler should be commended for speaking out against DC Comics' new lesbian Batwoman on his June 1, 2006 broadcast, he goes too far in saying that grown men who read comics need to grow up.

As a form of literature combining both text and illustration in the presentation of its narrative, why should this medium be anymore ridiculed than the fantasy of C.S. Lewis or J.R.R. Tolkien that Christians leaders seem to latch onto?

Is he going to come out against the oddity of so-called more "masculine" men sitting around watching men in tight pants romping up and down on one another as they attempt to move a pig-skin ball down a field?

At least superheroes run around in odd costumes for a noble purpose.

Announcing The Publication Of "Yuletide Terror & Other Holiday Horrors"

Columnist and blogger Frederick Meekins is announcing the publication Yuletide Terror & Other Holiday Horrors.

The work is a collection of essays chronicling from the early 1990’s onward the attempt to remove traditional holidays such as Christmas from the American civic calendar in the name of pluralism, inoffensiveness, and inclusion.

The book will be available through Lulu.com. Lulu.com is a print on demand company merging the synergy of the Internet content revolution and the classic appeal of the printed word.

Though it’s still a few months until Christmas, it’s never too early to consider a gift that will educate as well as entertain.

Scientists Suggest Bestiality

A comical reworking of "Happy Birthday To You" ends, "You look like a monkey and you act like one too."

If certain scientists have their way, that ditty might very well come to be seen as something akin to a racial slur.

It is reported that researchers from MIT and Harvard are contending that, millions of years ago, early humans and chimps got down and dirty with a little interspecies hanky-panky.

Such unions produced fecund offspring that introduced genes from both species into the respective genomes.

Some might dismiss such speculation as idle academic babbling, however, such theorizing will serve as the background of future policy and social thought.

To most of us, chimps and humans getting together seems so bizarre it sounds like eharmony meets Planet of the Apes. Yet for years rumors have circulated that mixed creatures known as "humanzees" have been engineered behind the closed doors of laboratories where the only standards adhered to are the twisted imaginations of the mad scientists that lurk in shadows of such places.

It has been claimed that Stalin dreamed of an army of hybrid ape-men to impose Communism upon the world. In China during the Cultural Revolution it has been alleged one of these monstrosities was killed before it could be born.

However, such experiments are not confined to the godless Communists across the sea. It has been claimed one such hybrid was born at Yerkes National Primate Research Center but destroyed shortly after birth.

But whether or not these incidents have actually occurred, what there is no debate about is that there are those in scientific and philosophical circles bent on undermining the distinctions between man and beast.

Ethicist Peter Singer, who believes it is permissible for parents to kill their infant children, argues that the great apes should be granted what we currently call "human rights".

Though it is another issue entirely, already things have gotten to the point where a person reluctant to endorse courtship and marriage outside their respective race or ethnic group puts themselves in the position of social sanctions being imposed upon them such as when Bob Jones University stuck to the beliefs of its founders rather than change its position simply because the government told them to. Just imagine the condemnation that will be heaped upon those insisting upon the integrity of the species in a world where the very word "person" will be greeted with the same revulsion reserved today for the vilest of slurs and terms of superiority.

Won't take that little cute red-headed orang gal to the prom? Why you are so prejudiced, its off to the reeducation camp for cognitive reconditioning for you, you wretched conservative.

Many enjoy "The X-Men" as an allegory analyzing the ramifications of the acceptance of human beings and the dangers of ethnocentrism. Viewers might want to consider it more as a literal depiction of the horrors that await mankind if we continue to allow our technical advancement to take mankind into ethical realms best not trodden upon.

Congress Threatens Internet Censorship

Thanks in part to sensational media reports, websites such as MySpace.com have gotten a reputation for attracting various kooks such as pedophiles and other nefarious miscreants

Now to make them look like they are doing something, the House of Representatives is considering a bill that would make it illegal to access networking sites such as MySpace.com from a school or library.

While it can be hard to counter the Mrs. Lovejoy from The Simpsons screech of, "But think of the children!", why is this any of Congress’ business?

Individual schools and library boards should be free to adopt policies as they see fit regarding these technologies; that is after all, one of the beauties of a little thing called federalism.

However, one cannot really get around that little clause in the First Amendment declaring, “Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech”. Should be rather self-explanatory.

Those already conditioned to enthusiastically embrace control of their lives by various government institutions and social elites will counter, “But this medium can still be accessed from private domiciles.”

But if one ends up molested, does it really matter from behind what electronic rock one was leapt upon by a predator? Therefore, once these mandated regulations have been accepted throughout schools and libraries, it won’t be long until do-gooder activists begin to insist that the Internet presents too much of a danger to allow common citizens access to sites produced by other average citizens; thus we will only be granted access to information made available by government licensed data providers.

From comments made by those in government and mainstream journalism about citizen media, one is given pause to wonder if the issue is really about protecting the innocence of children or rather about suppressing technologies having the potential to undermine the stranglehold on opinion these institutions once enjoyed. For they have certainly done very little to clean up television.

When it comes to public complaints about the filth broadcast over the airwaves or found in books, liberals admonish the concerned that it is up to individual parents to turn off the TV or to monitor what their children might be reading (though interestingly, they do not have the right according to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to be the sole arbiter of what their offspring are taught about human procreation). So why is it Congress’ responsibility rather than the result of deficient parenting when an adolescent places every sordid detail of their lives on the Internet for the entire world to see?

Even a number of prominent Conservatives have come out against Internet media in the hands of private citizens. Cal Thomas, in a column titled “The Blog That Ate Real Journalism”, laments the rise of the blogosphere, claiming that a united people must all sup from the same news source (I wonder though if his concern is more that there are those of us that do for free something similar to what he is paid a handsome salary for) and that you are basically too stupid yourself to determine whether or not a particular story is credible.

Americans valuing liberty and freedom might be shocked to learn of the similarity of warnings as to why MySpace usage must be curbed not by personal restraint and individual discernment but rather through national legislation and those promulgated in Communist countries as to why information technology must be kept from the hands of common people. In the Soviet Union, typewriters had to be registered with the State so as to prevent their misuse in the spread of counterrevolutionary ideas. Likewise, here in our own time, the Red Chinese carefully monitor Internet use of the enslaved population living under the scrutiny of that dictatorship out of concern for “unhealthy” material.

Books can be used to spread porn and licentious ideas as well. Will Congress move next to shutdown libraries?

As with books, computers and software applications are morally neutral and simply take on the ethical characteristics of those utilizing them. If there are problems arising from the use of this technology, the fault lies with oversexualized youth and the aging perverts too eager to assist them in their slide into iniquity.

If Congress is so enthusiastic about protecting the American people from a bunch of old crooks, shysters, and deviants, perhaps they should put themselves out of business.

Nice Guys Finish Last As Women See Them As Nothing More Than A Pocket To Pick

According to a study, the men women want to bag to pay for their offspring are not necessarily the ones they want to hop in the sack with.

This raises the question of why should the men not deemed attractive enough to lust after have to pick up the tab for the kids of these tramps?

What such women really deserve is a fate like the gal in Toby Keith's classic "How Do You Like Me Now".

If nothing else, at least this study scientifically sets aside the pietist blather that women are so morally pure that they do not consider appearances when considering a mate.

Futhermore, if women are now going to be permitted to wallow in their own shallowness, then men have nothing to apologize for if its the size of a dame's rack or the roundness a broad's fanny that first jumps out at a gent's attention.

Warrenistas Lay AIDS Guilt Trip On Church

Since more people perish from Alzheimer's than AIDS, is the Saddleback crowd and their assorted campfollowers going to lament the lack of outreach directed towards those suffering this affliction?

But I guess since the demented elderly aren't into tattoos and rock music, they will be left to rot.

Since AIDS is a highly communicable disease not only because of the HIV virus but because of the drug-resistant infections such as TB that percolate in these convalescents, the individual (not church leadership) should decide to what extent the individual is going to get involved with this kind of missions work.

Even though the Purpose Driven crowd seems to know more than God Himself now, doesn't the Bible teach not everyone is called to the same ministry?

Deaf-Mutes Make A Noisy Rucus

Normally, those with disabilities bring warm feelings to heart as they struggle to achieve and get ahead despite their limitations often with a positive outlook most of us could learn from. Ironically, though, the deaf seem to rank among the crabbiest leftwing activists out there.

At Gallaudet University in the Nation's Capital, students and faculty are holding protests because the new president of the school is not what they consider "deaf enough". It is not that she does not have a sufficient level of hearing loss to satisfy these rabblerousers but rather that she did not learn to speak sign language until early adulthood, married someone with hearing (so much for it being what's on the inside that counts), and dared to mother children who are themselves not deaf (talk about reverse Eugenics). And for good measure, Fernandes is a pariah because she is White (good radicals never let that one slide by).

The school's outgoing President I. Jordan King calls the protests an example of identity politics. For the organized deaf are not about empowering the individual but rather about keeping them dependent upon those running this particular ghetto.

For example, several years ago two deaf lesbians made headlines when they tried to conceive a deliberately deaf child. Furthermore, many with this affliction turn on those that seek relief from their condition through new technologies such as Cochlear implants. Shouldn't such decisions be up to the individual?

Though I am not deaf, I am blind in one eye. If I one day ever become a parent, though I function rather well, why in my right mind would I want this condition inflicted upon my child? Furthermore, though I was born this way and have known nothing else (I still remember my mom sitting me down as a kid and explaining it to me and to this day find it hard to imagine what it's like to see out of two eyes as I see out of my bad eye what you see out of the bottom of your foot), why should I have less sympathy for those who befall this condition later in life or begrudge someone able to have sight restored as if they were somehow a traitor to the nation or faith?

I do not see airfilter visor of Star Trek’s Geordi LaForge or the electronic artifical eye of Narn Ambassador G'Kar on Babylon 5 as some kind of threat but rather as innovations to be anticipated no less amazing than the starships that allow these characters to sail across the cosmos. These same liberals always tell us our body our choice when it comes to killing babies, so why not the same attitude when it comes to enhancing life rather than destroying it?

Perhaps the auditorially challenged have not heard that the character of an individual is not judged by their disabilities but rather by what they do with their abilities.

12 Year-Old Aspiring Vampiress Has Family Whacked By 23 Year-Old Lover

Is Albert Mohler Being Lured Into The Communitarian Cult

In a recent column, I warned that Evangelical Chuck Crismier had been duped into hitching his ecclesiastical wagon to the growing Communitarian heresy infiltrating the church and Christian thought.

Now it seems similar errors are creeping into the mind of Southern Baptist Seminary President Albert Mohler as well.

Seems the plunge into heresy comes step by step and can no doubt be traced in part to Mohler's notion undermining the Christian liberty of the individual when he postulates one has fallen into a state of sin if one has not wed by their early 20's even if living in a state of chastity and abstinence.

In the May 3, 2006 entry at his blog, Mohler writes that civilization is at risk because "genuine community" is disappearing because of "giant concrete structures" and "elevated freeways".

As a frequent traveler of these "elevated freeways", is Dr. Mohler himself contributing to the decline of COMMUNITY he so eloquently laments? More likely though, elites such as himself are not to be bound by the travel restrictions and privacy limitations to be placed upon the rest of us all in the name of being a good neighbor and the like.

A theologian of Dr. Mohler's stature should realize that our culture is not necessarily in danger because of such structures but because of the decisions made by those dwelling in them. Thus, the fault lies not with insufficient group socialization but from not enough individual moralization.

Street gangs and terrorist cells provide the individual with a high degree of group acculturation as well, but these will not bring about the revitalization of America's blighted areas. Such renewal will only come about when each person takes responsibility for their own actions.

Star Wars TV Still Far, Far Away

The line in the story that says "Think bounty hunter....There's nobody else that you'll know [in it]." Could this be a show centered around Bobba Fett? Hopefully, Vader would at least make a occassional appearance during sweeps week or something.

Hispanic Gangs Infiltrate U.S. Military

Interesting how back in the 90's when militia or skinhead groups were allegedly infiltrating the military, something was done about it. But now that their even more nefarious Latin American counterparts are doing the same thing, the upper-level brass is doing little more than shrugging it off.

Hispanosupremacists Backed By World Bolshevism

From the photo montage at MichelleMalkin.com, it is clearly evident that the so-called peaceful protestors are really stooges of various Socialist and Communist agit-prop fronts.

Biblical Approach To Immigration

It has been said that the Constitution is not a suicide pact. And neither is the Word of God.

The linked teaching by David Dykstra of the Reformed Baptist Church of Lafeyette, New Jersey does a commendable job of placing the issue of immigration in Biblical perspective.

Often liberals and the naive in America's pulpits pound over the heads of Christians in the pews how the Bible admonishes compassion for the stranger.

What Pastor Dykstra points out is that such an injunction does not apply to the hostile alien bent on doing harm.

Those such as the one pictured above (found on a leftwing website) with silver studs protruding from their noses and chins and with a T-shirts that revel in killing Americans and spreading world Communism are clearly up to no good.

Boycott The Boycotters

In response to "The Day Without Immigrants" sponsored by an alliance of subversives, racemongers, and illegals, either out of fear of retaliatory violence or even out outright support, a number of businesses shutdown for the day.

The purpose of the event was to show just how vital illegal migrant labor is to the U.S. economy.

Since we have so much to learn from the "oppressed" and "underprivileged" living among us, perhaps we ought to follow the example they set and American citizens should now boycott those establishments that supported the boycott to show them just how important Americans are to the American economy.

Just a note of gratitude to the Texas Minutemen for posting my column "Congress Draws Up Declaration Of Surrender As Human Rabble Takes To The Streets".

I did not send it to the organization, so that means they thought highly enough of it to repost the piece from another site.

California State Senate Endorses Hispanist Revolt

National ID Act Threatens Liberty

In this audio program, Irving Baxter of "Politics & Religion" and Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily.com discuss the implications of the National ID Act.

Interesting how, as barriers are being taken down to normalize illegals and allow any foreigner in that wants, that by 2008 actual Americans will be expected to "authenticate" themselves for the privilege of receiving an identification approved by the Department of Homeland Security.

According to CNet, your local MVA (that bastion of courtesy and service) will be the party to determine whether the proof of your existence you place upon the altar of the state will be deemed an acceptable libation unto the Beast.

This raises the concern of what of Americans who, for whatever reason, are unable to produce proper documentation? What is to stop government officials from using this as a means of removing disruptive elements from our population such as troublesome activists such as civil libertarians and principled Christians, those holding property deemed desirable the government would like to eminent domain for its corporatist masters, or even senior citizens who are no longer useful to the COMMUNITY and whose unprogressive outlooks hinder social progress?

What is to stop the government from snatching your house since you are not "properly documented" and handing it over to what was just a few years previous an illegal alien that isn't even an American?

It is argued these super-ID's are needed to prevent "terrorism" and will be checked before allowing passengers to board an airplane. Baxter and Farah mention these cards (at least for now anyway as ID chips loom ever closer on the horizon) might even be checked before being allowing people to get on a bus.

What's to prevent regulators from enacting some kind of law or decree stipulating one must present this national ID before being allowed to purchase gasoline, food, or some other necessity? After all, after the September 11th attacks, the FBI thought it was a national security matter to investigate what supermarket discount card programs the Jihadists belonged to.

Americans had better wake up now or the National ID act might very well turn into the National Displacement and Relocation Act.

Congress Draws Up Declaration Of Surrender As Human Rabble Takes To The Streets

Throughout much of the 1990’s, prescient social analysts such as Pat Buchanan and Michael Savage warned of the changes that would take place in our nation should the government of the United States fail to get control over the flood of immigration that was pouring across the border. At the time, those viewing radical hypertolerance as more important than cultural survival dismissed such warnings as the ravings of lunatics. However, now that increasing numbers of Americans finally want something done about the matter, it may be too late.

In response to certain provisions of the so-called “immigration reform” being considered in Congress that would have criminalized being in the United States illegally, mobs of radical malcontents have taken to the streets no doubt to insinuate violence should political leaders refuse to acquiesce to their demands. Most accounts from the media infiltrated by internationalist sympathizers claim that these demonstrations are expressions of peaceful dissent concerned for the rights of all living within (for at least a few more days) this great country. However, upon closer examination, nothing could be farther from the truth.

For starters, a number of the protests could hardly be classified as orderly or even peaceful. Across the nation, teenage and even elementary aged pismires bolted from their classrooms in violation of school attendance policies, often with the support of their teachers and no doubt egged on by these pedagogical revolutionaries.

Those given over to mass demonstrations no doubt find their wicked hearts leaping in joy. However, would those for such unfettered democracy be as supportive had the students rushed the schoolhouse doors in support of massive deportations and the implementation of English as the official language? If not, such aged beatniks are not really the custodians of the First Amendment but rather thought police of the first order.

It must be noted that many of these youngsters were not on their best behavior but rather comported themselves in a fashion reflective of the ideals and attitudes promoted by the contemporary public school system. Apparently unable to express themselves through the use of words no doubt as a result second rate phonics and reading comprehension instruction, a number of these darlings had to resort hurling projectiles such as fruit and rocks at law enforcement personnel, according to Larry Altman and Doug Irving in their DailyBreeze.com account, and some even blocked freeway traffic. Too bad some of them weren’t rundown by motorists, but then again why ruin a perfectly good automobile?

Fortunately, police were able to teach some of the hooligans by dousing them with pepper spray and firing beanbags at them. Hopefully, they’ve learned that, if someone can’t picket back and forth in front of an abortion clinic, then others should not have the right to block traffic because the average citizen has more of a divine right to drive to work unmolested than some skank that wants her unborn baby hacked to pieces.

Despite the significant nuisances spawned by these naïve whelps, the real threat lies with the organized subversives pulling their strings. For even though the American people have been duped into believing these mass demonstrations represent spontaneous grassroots outbursts, they are in fact being orchestrated by forces whose intent is nothing short of the destruction of human liberty and the American way of life.

One of the groups pulling the strings is MECHA. Mecha or Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán is a revolutionary front group dedicated to the secession of the American Souuthwest from the United States and its ultimate reunification with Mexico through either peaceful or violent means. Funny, I remember vaguely that when White Southerners wanted to do something similar there was a little skirmish or whatnot. This movement glorifies pre-Columbian civilization and would no doubt reinstitute the ancient pagan beliefs of the area the seek to reconqueor. Wouldn’t surprise me someday if they didn’t start sacrificing Whites to their heathen deities if ever allowed as it is their ultimate goal to expel “Anglo-Americans” from the face of the continent and many feel more of an affinity for their Aztec heritage rather than the Spanish component of their identity.

At a number of the rallies across the country were banners reading, “This Is Our Continent. Not Yours”, “Brown Is Beautiful”, and North American maps with the United States crossed out. According to Tammy Bruce, American flags were burned. Mike Savage marked he believed in nonviolent protest, so Mexican flags should be burned in retaliation.

In her column posted at WorldNetDaily.com, Michelle Malkin observed , “Can you imagine the uproar if someone had come to a rally holding up a sign reading, ‘White is Beautiful’.” Nowadays a White folk is considered a racist if they hold a position anything short of compulsory miscegenation yet our leaders stand passively buy as these radicals rub their brown rearends in our faces constantly telling us what they are while expecting the rest of us to open not only are arms but apparently our very homeland in a union of mandatory brotherhood.

The average American of commonsense and decency thinking their elected officials will come to the rescue in the nick of time are in for a rude awakening. For instead of defending the nation and its people from the marauding hordes, our so-called leaders are using the situation to transition the United States into the pending global order where American standards of living and liberty will be dragged down to Third World levels.

As with most other issues being used to whip the American people into compliance, they will be manipulated through a campaign of misdirected guilt blaming everything on their own prosperity and “greed”. At a ceremony swearing in thirty new American citizens, the President (no doubt thronged by his Secret Service detail, chided, “No one should play on people’s fears or try to pit neighbor against neighbor. No one should pretend that immigrants are a threat to the American identity, because immigrants have shaped America’s identity.”

Apparently, his infamously limited mind has never heard the old adage about too much of a good thing. I bet something would be done if this transborder rabble guffed up the White House lawn the way many immigrants have done to many of our suburban neighborhoods. Maybe when members of Congress come home to find illegals rummaging through their houses and ravishing their wives as occurs in border regions such as Arizona, something will finally be done about the issue.

Encase the President has already forgotten, each and everyone of the 9/11 hijackers was an immigrant as well as are many of the notorious street gangs prowling our cities and suburbs. Perhaps Ted Kennedy would like to invite some of them to dwell at the various family compounds if such souls pose no threat to anyone.

One of the primary justifications for allowing the invasion to continue is that the illegals do jobs Americans won’t do. Once again the blame has been shifted to the average American rather than placed squarely upon those it actually belongs.

Actually, the issue is not so much that Americans won’t do certain jobs, but rather that often times the rich are not willing to pay more to have these tasks done. While one must vigorously stand against any legislative efforts to mandate a living wage, if we are to be lectured as to how it is our duty as to embrace all immigrants irrespective of their intentions or desire to whether or not become Americans, what about the patriotic obligation of the well-to-do to share some of the sacrifice for the benefit of their countryman to earn an honorable living? As Mike Savage has asked of the luxury class, is a 50 foot yacht not sufficient and now you need an 80 footer?

Even if one were to admit that there was a need for immigrant labor for jobs pampered Americans simply refuse to do, such a market imbalance owes itself a great deal to undue government interference in the economy. For at one time, it was argued the nation needed a social welfare safety net to prevent the downtrodden from falling through the cracks; but as both the waistlines of those receiving such entitlements and the bureaucracies that administer them continued to expand, more and more such beneficences have come to pay for the luxuries of those unwilling to work for them than the bare essentials to squeak by for those unable to provide for them.

If the government simply eliminated most of these programs, those at the lower end of the socio-economic ladder as a result of their own diminished intelligences or poor decisions made in their lives would be forced to fill the positions now occupied by illegals. It will be that or starve; it is that simple.

“BUT SUCH CRUELTY, you heartless conservative!!!!” those given over to making sure everyone far and wide knows just how compassionate they think there are. But will anyone really starve?

Those that despise America, especially those aspects of it derided as “White” middle class values, regularly admonish us how much we have to learn from backwards cultures and the like. Therefore, if we are to assume that the illegals dwelling in our midst really work as hard as their apologists claim they do, then they show how one can work multiple jobs and survive (though perhaps not luxuriously, but survive nonetheless) without handouts.

Think you deserve higher then minimum wage? Good, don’t drop out of school, keep your pants on, and don’t start having babies until you are married and can afford it.

More importantly, since we are constantly being told about the importance of giving back to the COMMUNITY, perhaps the multigenerational hyper-rich such as the Kennedys, Bushes, and Rockerfellers whose primary right to their vast fortunes stems from having fortuitously sprung from their parents loins should dedicate themselves as an example making their life’s work those tasks no one else wants to do since those from these families could continue to live comfortable lives without making an additional cent because of their vast fortunes. If a life of picking tomatoes for a pittance is not good enough for the Bush children, why should it be good enough for yours?

Like it or not, nationhood is the result of a blend of the religion, language, and ethnic mix of people living in a particular geographic location. Since the 1960’s, liberals have been at war to remove our religious heritage. Now they are about to lay siege to its linguistic identity and racial balance as well in order to commence the final demise of this once great nation.

Prominent Evangelical Succumbs To Community Racket

Christian author Chuck Crismier, usually so concerned as to the purity of doctrine as to suggest that divorced people who have remarried should consider divorcing their current spouses in order to remarry their previous mates or face the possibility of eternal damnation, came out on the February 7, 2006 episode of his program“Viewpoint” entitled Restoring Community To The Church” as part of the growing communitarian chorus critical of George Barna’s book Revolution. It is Barna’s hypothesis that those pursuing their Christian faith outside the church institutional are just as devout as those that are in the pew every time the door swings open.

Though Crismier does a good job in pointing out that buildings and programs a good church does not make, in his interview with Tod Bolsinger, the author of It Takes A Church To Raise A Christian, he seems to insinuate that the sincerity of one’s profession of faith is based on to what extent one not so much surrenders to Christ but rather to the will of the group.

For while he encourages the growing house church movement, he turns around and condemns the electronic church such as found through loose-knit Internet associations based on common interests expressed through forums, blogs, podcasts, and message groups. It is Crismier’s contention that these do not meet the requirements of fellowship such as the breaking of bread and the “going from house to house” as described in Scripture. I guess it all comes down to the opportunity to snoop through everybody’s stuff since while one can fellowship with others over the Internet in an exchange of thought, one can’t very well rifle through somebody else’s house in a virtual manner.

The passages referenced on the program also said that the early church lived together and shared their possessions. So what’s next, condemning as “individualists” those refusing to live in Jonestown or Wacoesque communes?

In this confused age, it has now become fashionable to extol the group at the expense of the individual and almost shameful to want even the wholesome for the benefit of you as a person. But in categorizing marriage as a “community”, Crismier shows that he is mistaking the human longing for friendship with the desire to lose oneself in the herd.

The Christian conditioned to dutifully heel to his ecclesiastical masters every time they ring a bell will whine, “But the church is a family.” In a sense, but in this life it is now more LIKE a family than an actual one and even if so, there are varying degrees of relationships within the most basic form of human social organization.

For example, just because I am your brother does not mean I am going to share my wife with you. There are parts of my life and property to which no other human beings are entitled. Just because there is little one should conceal from one’s spouse, that same transparency does not apply to the guy living down the street.

Why can’t the breaking of bread and mutual prayer and care take place within the context of the traditional nuclear family? Is it because there is no way for denominational bigwigs or gadabout missionaries to grow fat off the tithes and offerings in such a close-knit context with the individual families free to best determine how to give to the work of God?

Furthermore, not everyone is going to require the same degree of social interaction. To some, community will require repeated sharings of every last tawdry detail of their life’s testimony; for others an occasional “hello” will suffice.

Nowadays, we are often admonished how we must alter the way we do things to make headbangers and other musically rowdy sorts welcome in the church. Why can’t similar concessions be made to those that simply rather be left alone? One what grounds are we to say those prone towards solitude are not closer to God when they are listening to recorded sermons, reading Christian books or simply reflecting upon the handiwork of the Lord in nature than when they are sitting in some Sunday School classroom as waves of isolation and loneliness sweep over them despite all the yammering socialites gabbing about them saying little of consequence all around them?

Crismier claims that if the Christian is not in community, they will and I do quote “live like hell.” However, from my experience, it is often those that derive their identity from the group that “live like hell” as one PCA church (and that’s the more conservative Presbyterians) I was visiting for a while couldn’t seem to have a young adult fellowship function where it was not alluded to that booze was going to be present.

And as a PCUSA pastor, one would think Rev. Bolsinger would have more fundamental issues facing his denomination such as abortion, the demphasis of the role of Christ in the process of salvation, and chummy relations with terrorists and tyrants such as Hezbollah to occupy his time than Christians in his opinion not outgoing or affable enough. Maybe someone should tell Mr. Crismier how many get remarried in that denomination.

Of course people are going to flee from a haven a perdition such as that as those not going along with the progressive trends are no doubt castigated and ridiculed. Don’t the same New Testament epistles Bolsinger likes to bash everyone over the head with about the need to further communize also instruct the believer to come out and be ye separate?

The problem with Christianity today is not a lack of socialization as it is a basic failure to stand for truth. If anything, failure to make defense of the faith the priority of the day will make this renewed emphasis upon the group a far more dangerous threat to ordered liberty as well as sound doctrine.

Teacher Of The Year Selected For Pandering To Immigrants

If immigrants are no different than the rest of us, then why should this prestigious award go to a teacher noted for teaching students from immigrant backgrounds and 90% of whom are on public assistance (apparently the parents are not so ignorant of American ways that they've never heard of welfare)?

If we are suppose to be color blind, why does it even come up in the story where these pupils hail from?

Thus the key to winning this honor is not so much about perfecting one's skills and expertise as a teacher but rather about rendering such skills in the service of the ongoing social revolution seeking to transform the fundamental nature of American society.

Last year's winner, Jason Kamras (a District of Columbia Math teacher who selected pedagogy as his life’s work because he thinks "high quality schools for economically disadvantaged students is the greatest social injustice facing America today") is quoted on the National Teacher of the Year website as saying, "My intense desire to see my school excel comes not only from an unwavering belief that all students deserve an excellent education, but also the unique role Sousa played in the civil rights movement...To honor the school’s unique role in the movement, I feel compelled to guarantee that it serves as an agent of social change, advancing those who have been ignored or constrained."

What business is this of a math teacher? It is his job to teach students how to add and subtract, not to indoctrinate them in utopian theory. After all, even these students need to know basic arithmetic to determine whether they have gotten the right amount of government cheese or that their food stamps have been tabulated correctly.

Had this teacher seen his students as individuals to be taught career skills rather than as components of some demographic shift to be channeled for the benefit of the elite, I doubt his name would have never come up for consideration. And the same goes for the 2006 winner as she makes a big to-do about teaching minority children rather than children as children.

Sadly, as with most other aspects of the education system, it seems the Teacher of the Year award is not about encouraging people to stand on their own two feet but rather about fostering dependency upon the COMMUNITY.
