Researchers are claiming that women are surpassing men on IQ tests. However, it must be asked are these the same tests given when men had the higher scores or have the tests be altered to incorporate questions men don’t give a flip about? Interesting how when men were scoring higher leftists were insisting things like intelligence were not objectively quantifiable and that it was sexist to attempt to do so anyway.
In order to justify confiscatory taxation, President Obama gleefully reminded that no one achieves in isolation. Will he also emphasize the inverse corollary that the deliberately indolent on public assistance that the Chief Executive wants to free from the obligation of seeking gainful employment drag the remainder of us down along with them? So if someone is a success in life as a result of a skilled educator as Obama claims, why is the drunk deadbeat entitled to a cut of the accumulated wealth?

Walter Williams Misguided On Nursing Care
While filling in on the Rush Limbaugh program, economist Walter Williams insinuated those seeking some kind of public assistance for the nursing care of their decrepit parents are not honoring their mothers and fathers as admonished by the pages of Scripture.
And where exactly are most suppose to get the $9,000 per month to pay for this nursing care?
There are only so many that get to take a turn at filling in for Rush Limbaugh.
Interestingly, the same legalists that like nothing more than putting their piety on display for church members to applaud and fawn all over that would agree with Williams’ conclusion would probably then turn around and heap condemnation on such Christians going bankrupt or working themselves into an early grave themselves directly providing highly skilled medical care they might not be qualified to give if they were unable to send their children to Christian or home school or slack off in what they slip into the collection plate for evangelizing the jungle savages overseas as a result of undertaking this financial hardship.

Michael Moore Would Ration Utilities
Filmmaker Michael Moore is insinuating that, if you have spoken out against union excesses, you do not deserve to have your electricity restored.
In other words, access to the necessities of contemporary life should be predicated upon ideological conformity and compliance.
Such a proposal by Moore should come as no surprise.
It seems for decades now that Moore has lavished praise upon the Cuban healthcare system.
In such totalitarian regimes, one’s access to goods and services is not determined by a fairly objective standard such as price where any with the requested amount may qualify but rather but how politically utilitarian one is in furthering the agenda of the prevailing elite.

John Huntsman is refusing to participate in any Republican functions until the GOP puts the country above politics. I am sure so many average Republicans are devastated by such an announcement. However, an even greater number are probably scratching their heads and saying, "Huntsman who?"
To the unsuspecting, such a sentiment might actually sound noble. However, to Huntsman, it is merely euphemism calling for the adoption of more liberal policies.

In a statement that can't be described as anything but cultic, the Congregation For The Doctrine Of The Faith has stipulated that the legitimacy of a church is not determined by a profession in Christ but rather by fidelity to the Pope.
Talk about an inflated ego.
Act 16:13 instructs believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved.
There is not much there about unwavering loyalty to a stand in that is no less human that and just as much in need of a Savior as the remainder of us.

Southern Baptists Contract A Derivative Of Obamamania
It has been said that Evangelicals are five to ten years behind the rest of the culture in terms of embracing fads and trends.
That seems about right.
Last election cycle, a plurality made a considerable fuss over and selected a candidate for the Presidency of the United States primarily because the individual claimed to be Black.
Now it seems movers and shakers within the Southern Baptist Convention have been whipped up into a similar frenzy.
Of the election of Fred Luter to the highest office in that particular ecclesiastical association, the Dean of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Russell Moore gushed, "To have the son of slaves now leading this denomination as it reaches the world with gospel is a sign of God's mercy."
So as a man well over 100 years of age, Rev. Luter is looking remarkable fit and vital.
Moore continued on in a vein of self-deprecation that would make most Jews blush, “This denomination was once described...as ‘white as a tractor pull’. It that’s the case, the denomination will not, and should not, survive.”
Over the centuries, most to hold the Papacy have hailed from the Caucasian end of the racial spectrum. So should critics call for the end of that institution because it has not lived up to some arbitrary notion of racial diversity?
More importantly, the formulation of Moore’s response to this question put to him is quite revealing and exposes a number of assumptions.
What exactly does “white as a tractor pull” mean anyway?
Are not Whites allowed to have a form of entertainment inherent to their particular culture? Does Moore intend to criticize forms of recreation that tend to appeal to Black folks but not Whites?
Likewise, will this same spirit of condemnation be brought to bear against Black Baptist bodies that do not enact outreach and set aside opportunities particularly aimed towards White people.?
For overall, one will find it is probably more likely that a Black person will advance within the ranks of the Southern Baptist Convention than for a White person to advance very far within predominately Black ecclesiastical administrative organizations and associations.
If the Rev. Fred Luter was elected from a truly Biblical perspective, not a single word would be mentioned about his color. Instead, all that would be said is that he is the most qualified man for the position from the standpoint of his Christian character and his aptitude to apply sound theology to the challenges facing American culture today.

On the program Hollywood Treasure someone wanted to sell their Dukes of Hazard General Lee to pay for his wedding. This raises at least two questions. Did he want to sell the General Lee to pay for the wedding or was it his wench that wanted to sell the General Lee to pay for the wedding? And more importantly, does she intend to part with a possession as cherished to her?
How are a tax and a penalty really all that different? In the contemporary assessment system, every tax is a punishment for something. Be it for attempting to better yourself through increased income, for owning something such as property, for trying to enjoy yourself, for simply existing, or for simply ceasing to exist (so called death taxes as well as having to send back Social Security payments for family not living the entire month).

Average Americans Need Not Feel Guilty
On the cover of the 4/20/12 issue of the leftwing Catholic publication Commonweal is a picture of a farm worker.
The caption below the picture reads, "Meet The Woman Who Picked Your Food".
And why should the average American be made to feel guilty about this?
Unlike this leftwing branch of the Catholic faith (as well as the leftwing branches of Protestantism for that matter), average citizens are not the ones wanting borders flung wide open and little done to deport those with no business being here.
Does the magazine also intend to run a cover article about average Americans to shoulder increased tax burdens and how waves of immigrants failing to acclimate to the cultural standards of this country have decreased the quality of life in numerous communities across the nation?
Michelle Obama declared Jesus to be a model citizen. In the eyes of the First Lady, I wonder if that includes the incident of the driving of the money changers from the Temple? Does Michelle Obama applaud Christ's endorsement of the right to carry a concealed weapon (or at least a weapon) when He told his Disciples to sell a cloak to purchase a sword if they did not already have access to the contemporary side arm of the day. And under the kind of healthcare reform advocated by Jesus, contraceptives (at least for the unmarried) would not be necessary since He told the adulterous woman to go and sin no more.
The commencement speaking insisting there is nothing inherently special about individual human beings told the students that they were taken care of by adults that had better things to do. If that is the attitude of these adults, perhaps they ought to have been doing these other things the night they made the baby.

For those not yet fluent in speaking the language of Totalitarianstan, this means people will literally be herded into living in tight quarters whether they want to or not.
Most laughable were the pronouncements for the grandiose projects designated for skid row areas with large concentrations of the homeless and others just as likely on government assistance.
After nearly five decades of public housing projects, apparently these central planners still fail to realize that, no matter how pretty you design the building, it's not going to last long if the residents have it so easily handed to them that they have no compunction against defecating in places other than the designated toilet facilities.

In a sermon on systematic theology, the minister said that your primary source of teaching ought to be from the local church. Any books that you research should be construed through what is learned there. If anything, you should view the local church with the same degree of scrutiny in light of God's Word. One might actually need to be more conscientious in keeping one's guard up in regards to the local church because a book is not going to play up to your existential weaknesses not directly related to the subject matter being addressed by the book nor intimidate you if you don't go along 100% with the manuscript on every secondary issue.
Joe The Plumber Right
Joe the Plumber should not be condemned by leftwing Jews over recent comments regarding the Second Amendment.
If Jews had firearms in Germany, at least one of the scenarios would have likely transpired.
Fewer Jews might have died because the Nazis might have thought twice about sending so many to their deaths.
Second, those defending themselves might have taken a greater number of Nazis out along the way.
Even more importantly, if Jews had been permitted to own firearms, there might have not even been a Holocaust since the first step of slaughtering vast numbers of people is to deindividualize. There is no surer way of accomplishing that than by increasing dependence upon the state.
The cover of the July 2, 2012 of The Nation reads, "Islamophobia: Anatomy Of An American Panic". Those given over to such reflection should stop and ask a profound question. That interrogatory is just how many publications in the Islamic and Third Worlds have published articles with titles such as “Christophobia” or “Ameriphobia? Thoughts Concerning The Avengers
The Avengers was a good film.
However, it was not the greatest superhero movie of all time as has been suggested.
And believe me, I have seen some superhero movies.
Not much thought went into Hawkeye's costume.
It hardly resembled his ensemble from the comics.
The aliens were less than impressive and, along with the wormhole portal opening above a skyscraper, the sequence seemed nearly interchangeable with last year's Transformers: The Dark Of The Moon.
As often as films depict such anomalies manifesting in the vicinity of the Empire State Building with non-terrestrial entities pouring through, that is likely a warning placed by occultic elites to those of sufficient discernment that such an event is prophesied for some point in the future.
Sort of the way all manner of ghoulish symbolism is dispersed throughout the Denver International Airport subtly informing how the facility will be used as a command center by the forces of the New World Order when that tyranny is implemented.
In one particularly reflective scene, the assembled heroes flew into a moral outrage when Nick Fury admitted to plans to develop weapons based upon the tesseract technology.
Thor portends that such research will usher mankind to the next level of warfare as forces beyond humanity from that point onward will take notice of the threat posed by the Earth.
But wouldn't these individuals of enhanced ability themselves be the next step in the development of the implements of destruction and conflict?
Yet other than Bruce Banner wanting rid of his affliction as the Incredible Hulk, none of them seem eager to give up those aspects of their existential makeup that set them above the lumbering common masses of humanity.
Captain America would probably be the sincerest individual among the lot but even he volunteered to undergo the procedure that increased his physiology.
Iron Man is ultimately just a suit of armor.
Thus Tony Stark could give up his alter ego the easiest, but possesses an ego so large that he claims his company no longer produces weaponry even though what he pilots is little more than an anthropomorphized weapon.
So the differences between what he professes and how he actually lives makes Tony Stark the Rosie O'Donnel of superheroes.
Yet Stark in terms of humility is an anchorite monk in comparison to Thor.
Thor's people, a race known as the Asgardians originating from a plane of existence beyond Earth, seem to have done little to dissuade early man from worshipping these transdimensional beings as gods.
Even Thor throughout the film continued to look down his nose at the human race when he insinuated mere earthlings were unworthy of laying hands upon beings from his realm no matter what earth laws such beings may have broken or how many human lives might have been destroyed.
Mary Poppins sang a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down.
The cartoonish nature of The Avengers may just be what the doctor ordered to get viewers to contemplate the implications of those that would alter what it means to be human and in essence weaponize our underlying ontology.

Gay DC Comics Character The Version Of The Green Lantern With A Weakness For Hard Wood
At least I don't have to pitch out my extensive Batman wardrobe.
Interesting they would select a character to be gay in the Earth 2 version of the characters.
From my impression, these were the earliest version of the characters set primarily in the 1940's.
So unless things have changed, these stories will no doubt be used to denigrate U.S. History and the foundations of American culture rather than a full on frontal assault.

MD Legislator's Priorities Warped In What Life Is Worth Preserving
During the 2012 session, the Maryland State Legislature considered the abolition of the death penalty.
Opponents of the practice argued that not everyone receiving the sentence actually committed the crime of which the judicial system found them guilty.
However, having only carried out the practice five times since 1977, it is doubtful such miscarriages of justice have been perpetrated all that often in the jurisdiction under consideration.
State Senator Lissa Gladden, a sponsor of the legislation, said, "I think as a community and a government that we should not be in the business of killing people."
Senator Gladden certainly has a warped way of implementing that ethical assumption.
According to Maryland Right To Life Incorporated, Gladden voted for stem cell funding that placed no limits on the destructive harvesting of human embryos.
The legislator also voted against an amendment that would have limited taxpayer funding of abortions for reasons of mental health; in other words, for women in a panic that a pregnancy might leave them with stretch marks during swimsuit season.
So in her eyes, if you are a murderer or a rapist, Gladden believers your life is so precious that it is worth saving no matter the horror or carnage you may have wrought in other people's lives.
However, if you happen to rank among the most innocent or defenseless members of society, Senator Gladden has little problem with snuffing you out in the name of utilitarianism or convenience.
Proverbs 8:36 admonishes that those that hate God love death.
It may seem counterintuitive. But the effort to eliminate the death penalty, when coupled with the effort to legalize homosexual matrimony, indicates that the hatred of the Almighty in this particular state is approaching levels that threaten to unravel those social conventions established from on high designed to protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness founded on true virtue.

Will Ministries Calling For Early Marriage Repair Shattered Lives?
Unless you are some kind of breakaway old school Mormon, marriage is a decision between an INDIVIDUAL man and an INDIVIDUAL woman.
Are groups that pressure these individuals into this decision going to pick up the pieces when lives are shattered when this union is gone into not out of a sense of love towards one's intended but rather to curry the approval of authority figures?
Likely not.
Many of these ministries and denominations pushing the young into early matrimony are among the same ones so lacking in a sense of forgiveness that they would forever sentence a person to a life of loneliness should an individual make a mistake in regards to this area of existence.
In the way a number use to invoke "separation" in regards to things they nebulously opposed but really couldn't but their finger clearly as to a reason why, it seems many Christians now are hurling the term "individualism" at practices they sneer down their noses at while wanting to cement the impression in the minds of those they are desperate for the approval of that they have embraced the lemming mindset.
In the story of violent tolerancemongers attacking diners in an eatery outside of Chicago, considerable detail was given to the criminal backgrounds of the victims insinuated as belonging to a White supremacist group. Had the roles been reversed with a rightwing militia attacking a group of Occutards, would a list of outstanding warrants been elaborated by the shiftless ant-capitalist deadbeats? Better yet, had this group gang-raped a woman, would her scanty wardrobe been described in detail or that she had a reputation as the town floozy? So if certain details are omitted to protect certain victims, shouldn't the less politically correct be extended similar protections?

Leftists In Uproar Over Unproduced Ad
Assorted leftists are in an uproar that a PAC favorable towards Romney considered producing an advertisement reemphasizing the relationship between Barack Obama and Jeremiah Wright.
Critics claimed the television spot would be potentially racist and that candidates ought to refrain from negative campaigning.
So if there was a theoretical Republican conservative that held membership in the World Church of the Creator or some other Christian Identity congregation for over 20 years and considered the pastor an ideological mentor for much of that them, would such a religious shortcoming be quietly overlooked by the mainstream media?
If a candidate was running against Hitler, would it be improper to expose the links of National Socialism to anti-Semitic secret societies? If one was running against Stalin, would it be an outrage to point out that tyrant's past as a bank robber?

Why are we obligated to feel sorry for women that kill themselves through coat hanger abortions? A hardcore Christian Reconstructionist in a Facebook post has condemned a church with a booth at a local street festival for assuring those that pass by that Jesus loves them. In such a setting, one doesn’t have opportunity to convey a complete 500 page systematic theology in an encounter likely to not even last an entire minute. Like it or not, you aren’t going to get the average person to learn more about your church by berating them over what a horrible person they are.
Advocates of increased levels of surveillance insist that, if you have done noting wrong, you have nothing to worry about. The thing of it is is that there are now so many laws and fiat regulations that often carry harsher penalties than actual laws that nearly everything a person can conceivably do is in violation.

Those Ashamed Of America Shouldn't Make A Penny Off The Name
Though at one time barely considered worthy of the appellation of literature, scholars of popular culture have today established the thesis that comic books and other forms of media expression derived from these illustrated periodicals serve as a snapshot of the perspectives and assumptions prevalent at particular points in American history.
Certain characters and series evoke more reflection on certain aspects of culture and ideas than others.
For example, the Fantastic Four evoke reflection upon the loving but some times contentious relationship inside a family. The plight of the X-Men have been compared to assorted struggles for civil rights and social acceptance.
Likewise, the two characters that most epitomize what it means to be an American are none other than Superman and Captain America.
Interestingly, in recent interpretations of these characters, creators have done nearly everything in their artistic power to disassociate these characters from the nation as a whole.
For example, as almost as iconic as his bright red cape and the oversized “S”-shaped insignia on his costume is the credo summarizing his never-ending struggle for truth, justice and the American way.
However, the film “Superman Returns” poopooed those noble sentiments when Perry White instead uttered “Truth, justice, and ALL THAT STUFF.”
Given that Superman is from another planet and suppose to be the epitome of humanity (hence the name SUPERMAN), one might at least understand that the renowned Kryptonian might want to remain somewhat aloof from taking sides in the common conflicts plaguing the world and instead focus on those threats far beyond powers and abilities of mortal men.
A character named “Captain America” doesn't have such a luxury.
Even if Captain America disagrees with a policy of the United States government at any particular time such as in the case of the Marvel Civil War where a law was passed requiring costumed adventurers to publicly reveal their secret identities, the character must be identified with those values upon which the nation’s foundation rests and which true heroes must call institutions back to.
If one if going to rake in a fortune off of a character with a name like Captain America, the least you can do is not to view the word “America” in the same category as the vilest of profanities.
However, producers allowed the option of dropping the name Captain America from the title in overseas markets.

So if these aliens are to be this season of Young Justice's primary antagonists, does that mean that viewers are going to have to read most of the dialogue in subtitles? Given that most of the viewers of that program are of a bookish inclination to begin with, you'd think producers would take pity on those with diminished eyesight.
At the school where I vote, there hangs a sign notifying that during school hours visitors are required to show photo identification in order to enter the building. Given that the majority of the students are Hispanic (many with foreign born parents), that means at least one or two things. First, it means more Hispanics have legitimate forms of ID than the fuss raised about the issue in the leftist media. Secondly, if they do not, that means the public school system is granting access to children by adults for whom legitimate identification cannot be satisfactorily verified in the eyes of the state by utilizing the same standard imposed upon those of us belonging to the despised racial majority.
A series of readers aimed at Hispanic youth are titled "What It's Like To Be..." Each of the figures featured in the series is of Latino origins. Will there be an edition about George Zimmerman? If these youth are to read about fellow Hispanics, does that mean Whites should read primarily about Whites? How about a series of books about what it is like to be an American and how one ought to live by American standards when residing in the United States such as speaking English and not playing loud music in the wee hours of the night.

Christian School Propagandizes On Behalf Of Trayvon Martin
At Clinton Christian school in the Maryland suburbs outside of Washington, DC, students gathered in hoodies at a makeshift prayer vigil in support of Trayvon Martin.
Does the school intend to hold a rally in support of George Zimmerman as well if it turns out Martin instigated the physical aspect of the confrontation?
More importantly, does the school intend to hold a rally in support of the elderly couple that fled their home following death threats after Spike Lee posted the incorrect address for what the racially obsessed film producer thought was the alleged gunman's father?
It must also be asked, with the way things are done in Christian schools in order to coerce mass conformity, what threats were leveled against students not wanting to participate in such blatant activism?
It was been reported that Mr. Martin vandalized his school with graffiti and may have possessed on school premises a bag containing marijuana residue.
Back in my day where I attended Christian school, the ENTIRE student body would be denied the “privilege” of expelling concentrated metabolic and digestive wastes at the preferred time of one’s own body over less.
Though it is regrettable that Trayvon Martin perished in an altercation he may have instigated, it is rather ironic that a Christian school would elevate as worthy of adoration and emulation a figure that in all likelihood would have been expelled for his behavior.

If Cuban Americans rampage in the streets wanting to deny the expression of ideas that they oppose, what makes them really all that different at their core than the dictator they claim to oppose? The associate also invokes some of the same Scriptures opposing women speaking in church and holding ecclesiastical office to oppose the involvement of women in politics. It was even asked if those engaged in the practice ought to be embarrassed.
Did this particular program take a similar tone discussing the Flukeys out having so much sex that they demand that birth control be provided for them at public expense?
Has it been asked on this station if those having children outside of marriage ought to be embarrassed or the increasing number shacking-up without sanction of matrimony?
These practices are condemned from the pages of Scripture and religious tradition.
On the other hand, provided the young adults are not abusing their parents or on the public dole as a result of their own indolence, the pages of Holy Writ are quite silent regarding young adults that decide to live with their parents.

Leftist Commemoration Undermines Resolve Against Terror
Yes. Perhaps this is being posted a bit late. However, the points are still valid. If you are going to be that condescending, perhaps you should be reminded that you seem to be spending an inordinate amount of time online obsessively reading columns and articles of those you snidely dismiss as less accomplished than yourself.
It is said that the only thing we learn from history is that we don't learn anything from history. Following the attack on 9/11, the nation's leaders as epitomized by the members of Congress joining on the steps of the Capitol in patriotic chorus vowed that they would be vigilant against the laxity of policy and perspective that left the door wide open allowing such a tragedy to transpire in the first place. However, in the decade since then, little has changed in the hearts of many that would prevent an occurrence of similar or greater magnitude from happening again in the future.
Under the auspices of the National Cathedral, an interfaith memorial was to be held in Washington, DC. Since the President and a number of representatives from a variety of religious perspectives were scheduled to speak at the service, the event was billed as and assumed to be one promoting an inclusive brand of diversity and spirituality.
It is estimated that nearly 20% hold to a theology or worldview classifiable as Evangelical in nature. Critics might respond that is only a small percentage of the population and as such the perspective should not be catered to with a proverbial seat on the dais.
If that is the case, then why should a number of other faiths have been included that did next to nothing in laying the foundation upon which this country was built or offer little in addressing the 9/11 attack. One could argue that, at least, Islam should have been allowed on stage to offer an apology for the entire awful mess.
The number of Hindus, Buddhists and Jains in this country no doubt come in at a percentage far below that of the Evangelical Right. A number of these Eastern faiths are emphasized over that of Evangelicalism because of the tendency of these creeds of the Orient to ignore the reality of the troubles plaguing mankind rather than addressing how to really resolve them as in traditional Christianity.
Leftwing religionists, such as those organizing the memorial service sponsored by the National Cathedral, despite clinging to the Christian name do not like to admit evil manifesting in human lives known as sin exists. Pantheism --- the philosophical backbone of Hinduism --- denies the objective reality of sin altogether.
Popular conceptions of Hinduism further down the chain of enlightenment consist of an infinite number of gods (though adherents of a multiplicity of deities still get as jacked out of shape as a monotheistic Jew if a family member comes to Christ as Lord and Savior). For example, Jainism does not believe in a personal God as found in the monotheistic traditions. Rather, what is thought of as the ultimate has more in common with a form energy. When considering Jainism, one is reminded of Yoda in “The Empire Strikes Back” when he describes the Force of that series as “surrounds us. binds us.”
As such, a ratiocinative consciousness cannot be seen as the characteristic separating the higher order lifeforms more worthy of additional ethical concern and reflection. Since this characteristic is not possessed by what Paul Tillich would categorize as the ultimate concern of this creed now under consideration, those life forms possessing it are no more superior or much higher along the chain of being than those that do not.
The way this principle manifests itself is reminiscent of how things would operate if PETA had its way. Jainists are fanatic vegetarians. Not only do they refuse to eat meat, but they also sweep the ground in front of them so as to not inadvertently step on any bugs.
Jains also wear a cloth over their mouths and also abstain from certain vegetables so as to avoid inflicting undue harm on microorganisms. In other words, during the outbreak of a killer epidemic, if they want to remain philosophically consistent, they would have to remain no more in favor of the triumph of man over germ than germ over man in such a biological survival of the fittest.
Certain schools of Eastern thought construed through a Western New Age mindset hold that we create our own reality, largely through how we conceptualize the world around us. This has to be the reason to justify how the Obama administration decided to commemorate the anniversary of September 11th.
To fully appreciate what happened that tragic day, one cannot avoid who it was and what motivated these scumbags to carry out an act of such evil that the average person cannot fully grasp the magnitude of the deed's animus. By emphasizing this act of Islamist terror, the nation would be reminded that the price of liberty is eternal vigilance and that there exists those in the world whose highest goal is the destruction of that with which we have been blessed.
Instead, the Obama administration issued directives that the specifics of the attack were to be downplayed (as if the Twin Towers simply collapsed and a large gaping whole split the Pentagon all on their own). Instead, government officials and spokesmen were to present a "positive forward looking narrative" emphasizing trivialities such as community service.
However, some things that happen aren't positive. To be historically accurate, one cannot deny or sweep under the rug that several thousand Americans died that day and who it was that killed them.
Religion and/or spirituality is one of the most important pillars embraced by an individual influencing how they will cope with what transpires in the world around them. And though the state should have virtually no say in determining what path one ultimately decides upon for oneself, it has to be admitted that some creeds optimize one's chances of survival over others in that they approach the world as it actually exists rather than how we would like it to be.

It is said that the only thing we learn from history is that we don't learn anything from history. Following the attack on 9/11, the nation's leaders as epitomized by the members of Congress joining on the steps of the Capitol in patriotic chorus vowed that they would be vigilant against the laxity of policy and perspective that left the door wide open allowing such a tragedy to transpire in the first place. However, in the decade since then, little has changed in the hearts of many that would prevent an occurrence of similar or greater magnitude from happening again in the future.
Under the auspices of the National Cathedral, an interfaith memorial was to be held in Washington, DC. Since the President and a number of representatives from a variety of religious perspectives were scheduled to speak at the service, the event was billed as and assumed to be one promoting an inclusive brand of diversity and spirituality.
It is estimated that nearly 20% hold to a theology or worldview classifiable as Evangelical in nature. Critics might respond that is only a small percentage of the population and as such the perspective should not be catered to with a proverbial seat on the dais.
If that is the case, then why should a number of other faiths have been included that did next to nothing in laying the foundation upon which this country was built or offer little in addressing the 9/11 attack. One could argue that, at least, Islam should have been allowed on stage to offer an apology for the entire awful mess.
The number of Hindus, Buddhists and Jains in this country no doubt come in at a percentage far below that of the Evangelical Right. A number of these Eastern faiths are emphasized over that of Evangelicalism because of the tendency of these creeds of the Orient to ignore the reality of the troubles plaguing mankind rather than addressing how to really resolve them as in traditional Christianity.

Tolerancemongers Issue Death Threats Against Rush Limbaugh
Seems to me calling for someone's murder is a greater verbal faux pas that calling someone a slut that expects everyone but the responsible party to finance a promiscious lifestyle.
Those that want to be such sticklers as to verbally ream those wishing them an innocuous “good luck” shouldn’t be surprised that they will be bestowing this admonishment decreasingly over time. However, it is not because people are taking your message to hurt. It is more likely that they are avoiding you altogether because no one wants to be berated for simply attempting to extend a little human kindness.

On the 2/27/12 edition of Generations Radio, Kevin Swanson advocated the abolition of Social Security.
And what is to be done with the elderly that, for whatever reason, didn’t have the opportunity to procreate?
Many such as Swanson would likely suggest that such individuals become wards of the church.
But is it such a wise idea to give churches that degree of authority over the life of an individual where whether or not you receive care is dependent upon ascent to a particular congregation’s doctrinal peculiarities?
For example, will the pastor hold final sway as to whether or not you will be permitted to take a particular class of medication?
